Hurling Traditions…

The rich heritage, culture and traditions of Himachal Pradesh are as suprising and diverse as the landscape. This is evident through the rich variety of customs, rituals and traditions followed in various parts of the state. Like it is considered that beating tamaks evades much of your troubles. However, some of the orthodox traditions have been discarded or modified like animal sacrifice. People now in Galu Fair in Joginernagar too do not sacrifice animals to appease local deity Pashaakot.
