Rs. 5 crore to be spent on Dal lake beautification
Dharamshala – Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said that the road from Tangle Mor to Naddi in Kangra district would be improved and mettaled and the portion of the road leading to Dal village enroute would be constructed by concrete. He said that Barnet would also be connected with Ghera village mettaled road. He was addressing a deputation of Naddi led by Kewal Singh Pathania, Vice-Chairman HP State Forest Corporation in Dharamsala. He said that a detailed project report of Rs. 5 crore had been approved for beautification of the Dal Lake which would be madeattractive for the tourists.
Chief Minster also listened to the grievances of the people at Circuit House, Dharamsala and directed the concerned officers to complete the ongoing development projects without delay. Earlier, the Chief Minister was welcomed by Kewal Singh Pathania. He thanked the Chief Minister for the announcements. Sudhir Sharma, Urban Development Minister, Jagjeevan Pal, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Ajay Mahajan, Sanjay Rattan, Kishori Lal, Yadvendra Goma, MLAs, Surendar Kaku, Ex-MLA were also present on the occasion amongst others.
